Are the stickers waterproof?
Please check each individual item for more product information.
Most of the stickers are made with a matte vinyl material (unless otherwise stated), which means they are water-resistant (can handle a few splashes and drops) but not water-proof.
I do not recommend sticking them on surfaces that might come into contact with water too often.
Are the glass cups dishwasher-safe?
No. To clean your cups, carefully hand-wash the cup, using soap and cool water. Please take care not to apply rough pressure to the decal or it may come off.
Shipping:
How long are your processing times?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, this is typically how long processing your order will take:

Stationery items (stickers, paper, etc.) usually take 2-3 business days.

Home items (cups, candles, etc.) usually take 3-5 business days.

Apparel and merchandise (shirts, bags, etc.) usually take 2-5 business days.
NOTE: Please check individual items for more info on processing times. Some of the products are made-to-order so they might take longer than usual.

Orders will come with a tracking number (unless otherwise stated). Please refer to the tracking information for the best estimate of when your order will arrive.

Refund / Exchanges:
My item arrived damaged. Can I get a refund or a replacement?
Yes! Please contact lemonsathome@gmail.com (within 14 days of delivery) with your order number, reason for requesting a refund, and picture(s) of the condition of your product. You can choose to get a refund back on the original payment method or a replacement of the same item. You do not need to ship anything back.
For a replacement of a damaged item, the item will be shipped at no extra cost to you.

I don’t want my item anymore. Can I get a refund or an exchange?
No, unfortunately. Most of the items I sell are small stationery pieces and it might actually cost more to ship them back. If there are any issues with your order, please feel free to contact me at lemonsathome@gmail.com.

How do I cancel my order?
Please contact me within 4 hours of placing your order. You can contact lemonsathome@gmail.com with your order number and I will gladly cancel it for you. I start processing orders as quickly as I can, so I cannot guarantee that I will be able to cancel your order after this time.
